You may cancel your tree adoption within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that: If you cancel your adoption after the initial 14-day period but before receiving your first shipment, you will receive a partial refund minus a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your adoption after receiving shipments, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining months of your adoption period, minus any shipping costs already incurred.
